【目的】观察不同气味因素对幼年小鼠晕动病的影响。【方法】分别预先给予小鼠姜汁、橙汁、风油精和香烟气味刺激后制备晕动病模型,通过晕动病症状评分、旷场实验和小鼠自主活动实验,观察上述4类气味对晕动病幼年小鼠模型的影响。【结果】姜味、风油精味和烟味未影响幼年小鼠的晕动病症状评分,橙味会增加幼年小鼠的晕动病症状评分;烟味增加幼年晕动病小鼠的焦虑样症状;4类气味未明显改变幼年晕动病小鼠的自主活动。【结论】姜味、橙味、风油精味和烟味等4类气味刺激并未表现出明显的对幼年动物晕动病的预防作用。
【Objective】 To observe the effects of different odor on motion sickness in young mice. 【Method】 The motion sickness model was prepared after the mouse ginger juice, orange juice, wind oil and cigarette smoke were stimulated beforehand respectively. Orange flavor increased the symptoms of motion sickness in juvenile mice; smoke increased the anxiety in juvenile motion sickness mice Like symptoms; four kinds of odor did not significantly change the juvenile motion sickness in mice. 【Conclusion】 The stimulus of four kinds of odors, ginger, orange, oil scent and smoke, did not show significant preventive effect on motion sickness of juvenile animals.
