[目的]提高肿瘤登记报告质量,减少数据漏报,掌握准确的全死因及肿瘤发病资料。[方法]应用户籍人口队列与登记资料匹配横向连接核对,质量控制上报数据的完整性。[结果]抽样磁县三个乡镇24个行政村2002～2007年登记数据;全死因上报1984例,队列核实后补充118例,漏报率为5.6%;恶性肿瘤发病上报例数为1084例,补充漏报41例,漏报率3.6%。[结论]采用人口户籍队列的方法,对减少漏报,提高肿瘤登记资料完整性,监测肿瘤上报数量、质量很有必要。
[Objective] To improve the quality of tumor registration report, reduce data omission, and acquire accurate data of all-cause and tumor incidence. [Methods] Applying the registration of household registration queue to the registration data to verify the integrity of the data reported by quality control. [Results] The registration data of 24 administrative villages in three townships of Cixian from 2002 to 2007 were collected. All the causes of death were reported in 1984 cases, 118 cases were added after the verification of queues, the omission rate was 5.6%. The number of reported cases of malignant tumors was 1084 cases, Supplementary omission reported in 41 cases, false negative rate of 3.6%. [Conclusion] Adopting the methods of household registration queue is necessary to reduce the omission, improve the integrity of the data of tumor registration and monitor the quantity and quality of tumor report.
