甲状腺过氧化物酶(Thyroid peroxidase TPO)在甲状腺激素合成中起重要作用。近年来一些研究者通过生化学和组织化学染色方法探讨甲状腺疾病时TPO活性变化规律和变化的原因,取得一些进展。但是有关TPO在发病学上的一些问题尚未完全清楚。本文介绍了我们对64例甲状腺标本进行TPO活力测定结果。
Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) plays an important role in thyroid hormone synthesis. In recent years, some researchers through the biochemical and histochemical staining methods to explore changes in the activity of TPO thyroid disease activity and the reasons for the change made some progress. However, some of the problems in the pathogenesis of TPO are not fully understood. This article describes our results on the TPO activity of 64 thyroid specimens.
