Topic planning in the publication of science and technology journals is very important. It is pointed out that we should highlight the characteristic of journal selection, take the initiative to capture the subject, overcome the thinking of waiting, and optimize the subject to meet the needs of readers of different readership. In the selection of topics, science and technology journal editors must have lofty professional ethics and strong sense of professional responsibility, superb professional foundation and extensive scientific and technological knowledge, but also have a fine quality of the basic quality of running a journal.
