由卫生部、劳动部、人事部、全国总工会、全国妇联共同制定的《女职工保健工作规定》于1993年11月正式颁发。女职工是我国国民经济建设中一支重要力量,保护女职工的健康是我国妇女卫生工作的重要任务之一。1986年,卫生部与原劳动人事部、全国总工会、全国妇联联合下发了《女职工保健工作暂行规定(试行草案)》,开创了我国女职工保健工作的新局面。随着形势的发展,1992年卫生部在对全国30个省、自治区、直辖市的女职工保健工作情况进行了广泛调查研究基础上,组织了上述各部委及有关专家对《暂行规定》进行了论证、修改,形成了《女职工保健工作规定》。 《规定》中明确了在女职工月经、婚前、孕前、妊娠、产后、哺乳、更年期的保健措施,使其在这些特殊时期能
The “Regulations on Health Care for Female Employees”, jointly formulated by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Personnel, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the All-China Women’s Federation, were officially promulgated in November 1993. Women workers are an important force in the construction of our national economy. Protecting the health of women workers is one of the important tasks of women’s health in our country.
