The 19th Marine Environment Protection Committee Meeting was held from December 5 to 9, 1983, at the headquarters of the International Maritime Organization in London. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Adoption of the agenda of the meeting; 2. Status quo regarding the International Convention on Maritime Pollution; 3. Report of the Subcommittee on Bulk Chemicals; 4. Proposed amendments and uniform interpretation of MARPOL 73/78; ; 6. Oil-water separator and monitoring equipment; 7.
