研究了各种载体负载Ⅷ族过渡金属元素催化剂。实验结果表明,Ru-HZSM-5催化剂对环十二碳三烯加氢反应性能较好。在160ml高压釜中、原料与溶剂各10ml、压力2MPa、温度150℃、催化剂用量1g,催化剂中Ru含量为0.3w%、反应时间30min的条件下,环十二碳三烯加氢转化率与选择性均为100%。并选用了连续流动反应器进行了寿命考察,反应进行200h时,环十二碳三烯的转化率及产品烷的选择性仍保持不变。还用红外光谱、X-射线衍射法对催化剂结构进行了测试。
Various supported Group VIII transition metal catalysts were investigated. The experimental results show that Ru-HZSM-5 catalyst has good performance for hydrogenation of cyclododecatriene. In a 160ml autoclave, 10ml of raw materials and solvents, the pressure of 2MPa, the temperature of 150 ℃, the amount of catalyst 1g, the catalyst Ru content of 0.3w%, the reaction time 30min, the cyclododecatriene hydroconversion and Selectivity is 100%. And choose a continuous flow reactor for the life of the investigation, the reaction was carried out 200h, cyclododecatriene conversion and selectivity of the product remains the same alkane. The structure of the catalyst was also tested by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
