我国环境法学博士生的培养历史已有二十年时间,但是由于环境法学科本身所具有的专业性、法学博士培养整体基础的薄弱性等原因,导致目前我国环境法学博士的培养模式仍未尽完善。文章从中国人民大学环境法学博士生培养方案及其实施的考察出发,总结其中的经验、发现其中的问题,并提出完善的思路,以期能对我国环境法学博士生培养水平的提高能有所助益。
Environmental law doctoral students in our country have been cultivated for more than 20 years. However, due to the specialties of the environmental law discipline and the weakness of the overall doctoral education, the training model of environmental law doctorates in our country still remains incomplete perfect. This article starts from the investigation of the cultivation plan of environmental law doctoral students in Renmin University of China and its implementation, summarizes the experience therein, finds out the problems and puts forward the perfect ideas in order to help improve the training level of environmental law doctoral students in China beneficial.
