目的:探讨淋巴瘤清髓与非清髓性方案异基因造血干细胞移植的疗效。方法:收集已公开发表的有关比较淋巴瘤清髓与非清髓性方案异基因造血干细胞移植的临床研究,进行Meta分析,比较淋巴瘤清髓与非清髓性方案异基因造血干细胞移植达到2年无病生存期(PFS)患者数量、达到2年总生存期(OS)患者数量的差异。结果:符合纳入达到2年PFS总样本量标准的共4篇文献,576例;其中非清髓组275例,其中达到2年PFS患者125例;清髓组301例,其中达到2年PFS患者146例;合并RR=0.99,95%可信区间(0.84-1.17)。符合纳入达到2年OS总样本量标准的共5篇文献,664例;其中非清髓组315例,其中达到2年OS患者162例;清髓组349例,其中达到2年OS患者161例;合并RR=1.25,95%可信区间(0.89-1.76)。结论:淋巴瘤清髓性方案异基因造血干细胞移植与淋巴瘤非清髓性方案异基因造血干细胞移植,达到2年PFS、OS两组患者人数统计学无明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of myeloablative and non-myeloablative lymphoma allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods: We have published a published clinical study comparing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of myeloablative and nonmyeloablative lymphomas and performed meta-analysis to compare the efficacy of myeloablative and non-myeloablative lymphomas allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to 2 Year disease-free survival (PFS) patients, the number of patients reached the 2-year overall survival (OS). Results: A total of 4 articles, including 576 cases, were included in the 2-year PFS total sample size standard. Among them, 275 cases were non-myeloablative group, of which 125 cases achieved 2-year PFS; 301 cases in the group of clear pulp group, 146 cases; combined RR = 0.99, 95% confidence interval (0.84-1.17). In line with the inclusion of 2 years to reach the total sample size of OS total of 5 articles, 664 cases; 315 cases of which non-myeloablative group, of which 162 patients reached OS in 2 years; clear pulp group of 349 cases, including 2 years OS patients 161 ; Combined RR = 1.25, 95% confidence interval (0.89-1.76). CONCLUSION: Lymphoma myeloablative regimen allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and non-myeloablative lymphoma non-myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, two-year PFS, OS no significant difference in the number of patients between the two groups.
