对乳熟期的玉米种子在不同含水量下,测定其发芽率。结果表明,玉米种子的含水量对发芽率有很大的影响,种子含水量在25%～50%范围内,随着种子的含水量降低发芽率不断提高,当种子水分含量降至26%以下时,各品种发芽率均接近标准水分发芽率值,处于平稳状态。试验表明不同品种和水分的关系也存在着一定的差异。
The germination percentage of maize seeds under different water content was measured. The results showed that the water content of corn seed had a great effect on the germination rate. The seed moisture content was in the range of 25% ~ 50%. The seed germination rate increased with the decrease of seed water content. When the seed moisture content dropped below 26% When the germination rate of all varieties are close to the standard value of water germination, in a steady state. Experiments show that there is a certain difference in the relationship between different varieties and water.
