文章用固定床开展了商业SCR催化剂对汞氧化活性实验,分析了温度及烟气成分对其汞氧化能力的影响。实验结果表明:商业SCR催化剂在模拟烟气的环境下对单质汞有氧化作用;温度对催化剂的氧化作用影响很大,170~360℃范围内氧化能力很强,能很好地转化单质汞为二价,氧化率达到95%以上;当温度超过360℃时氧化率开始下降,会降到50%;烟气中的酸性气体,NO和HCl能显著增强催化剂对汞的氧化能力,SO_2则会阻碍氧化能力;O_2对催化剂汞氧化能力有促进作用。
In this paper, commercial SCR catalysts were used to test the mercury oxidation activity in a fixed bed, and the influence of temperature and flue gas composition on the mercury oxidation ability was analyzed. The experimental results show that the commercial SCR catalyst has an effect on the oxidation of elemental mercury under the simulated flue gas environment. The temperature has a great influence on the oxidation of the catalyst. The oxidation ability of the commercial SCR catalyst is very strong at 170-360 ° C, When the temperature exceeds 360 ℃, the oxidation rate begins to decrease and will drop to 50%. Acid gas in the flue gas, NO and HCl can significantly enhance the catalyst’s ability to oxidize mercury, while SO 2 will Obstruct the oxidation ability; O_2 can promote the mercury oxidation ability of the catalyst.
