显微镜测微器是在光学显微镜下进行长度测量时必不可少的工具之一。现就常用的测微器介绍如下: 镜台测微器:也称物镜测微器,是显微镜测量物体大小的标准尺。常用的镜台测微器是一张7.5×2.5cm的玻片,中央胶粘一块特制的盖玻片,厚0.17mm。在这张盖玻片的中央刻有2mm分为两百个小格的细线,即每一小格等于10μm,见图1。
Microscopes Micrometers are one of the indispensable tools for measuring length under a light microscope. Now commonly used micrometer introduced as follows: Stage micrometer: also known as the objective micrometer, the microscope is measuring the size of the object standard ruler. The commonly used stage micrometer is a 7.5 × 2.5cm slide, the central glue a special coverslip, thickness 0.17mm. In the center of this coverslip, a thin line of 2 mm divided into two hundred small lattices is engraved in the center of this cover glass, that is, each small square is equal to 10 μm, as shown in FIG. 1.
