鉴于近年来城市用地日趋紧张,设计人员在居住小区现划和建设中,都千方百计地提高居住建筑面积密度,力求节约城市用地。然而,许多城市采取了不断缩小日照间距,降低日照条件的办法来达到上述目的,产重地损害了居民生活居住的环境质量。本文针对这一情况,提出利用建筑日照阴影图双向布置住宅的方法来布置居住建筑组群。并做了实验性方案,从理论上和实践上做了可行性分析。从实验性方案的结果看,在哈尔滨采用建筑日照阴影图双向布置住宅的方法可以较大地改善日照条件。
In view of the increasingly tense urban land use in recent years, designers are doing everything possible to increase the density of residential buildings in the planning and construction of residential quarters and strive to save urban land. However, many cities have adopted the method of continuously narrowing the sunshine spacing and reducing the sunshine conditions to achieve the above-mentioned objectives. The production of heavy land has impaired the residents’ living and living environment. Based on this situation, this paper proposes to use the method of two-dimensional layout of residential buildings to arrange the residential buildings. And made an experimental program, from the theoretical and practical feasibility analysis. From the results of the experimental program, the method of using two-dimensional layout of houses in Harbin with shadow maps of building sunshine can greatly improve the sunshine conditions.
