伍德罗·威尔逊被称为公共行政学之父,它的《行政学研究》一文,第一次将行政管理从政治学研究中剥离,可谓行政管理的开山之作,具有重要的研究价值及意义。本篇论文旨在简要分析威尔逊的《行政学研究》,发掘其中的精华并得出对我国理论研究的参考价值。
Known as the father of public administration, Woodrow Wilson, for his first article entitled “Administrative Studies,” stripped administrative administration from political science research for the first time and described as a pioneering undertaking of administration. It is of great research value and significance . The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze Wilson’s “Administrative Studies” briefly, discover its essence and draw the reference value to our country’s theoretical research.
