The oocyte meiosis spindle is the most vulnerable cell structure in the process of freezing, while the second metaphaseⅡ (MⅡphase) spindle plays an important role in meiosis, so the freezing process The degree of damage to the spindle and melting spindle effect of reunion and oocyte can be normal fertilization and fertilized eggs are closely related to the continued development. Proper freezing and thawing protocols can increase the normalized spindle morphology after freezing. In this paper, we review recent studies on several important problems in the morphological changes of oocyte spindle during cryogenic freezing and thawing.
