通过试验得出了ЛC59—1黄铜保持架毛坯锻造工艺.锻造毛坯采用砂模或铁模铸铜棒.锻造前棒料于650℃退火3小时并车光.始锻温度730~750℃,在保温时间内要保证棒料烧透.停锻温度600~650℃.锻造比≥2.锻件于280~300℃退火3小时(在空气中冷却).铸造黄铜锻造后,当变形程度达到36%,强度有很大提高,当变形量达到52%以上时,强度增加到37~40公斤/毫米~2,而且延伸率也同时提高.
