我院自1984年6月～1996年12月共收治输尿管癌患者9例,均经手术和病理证实。现报告如下:1 临床资料 本组男6例,女3例。年龄41～68岁,平均57.69岁。右侧5例,左侧4例。输尿管上段2例,中段1例,下段6例。并发膀胱癌1例。病史为1～30个月,平均5～6个月。 9例中8例出现血尿,6例为肉眼血尿,2例镜下血尿。2例伴有肾绞痛,2例伴有肾区
Our hospital from June 1984 to December 1996 a total of 9 patients with ureteral cancer were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Now report as follows: 1 Clinical data The group of 6 males and 3 females. Aged 41-68 years old, with an average of 57.69 years old. Right in 5 cases, left in 4 cases. The upper ureter in 2 cases, the middle one case, the lower six cases. One case of complicated bladder cancer. A history of 1 to 30 months, an average of 5 to 6 months. Hematuria occurred in 8 of 9 cases, gross hematuria in 6 cases and hematuria in 2 cases. 2 cases with renal colic, 2 cases with renal area
