本文运用数学分析和啮合理论,分析了 ZI 蜗轮滚刀铲磨侧面的几何特征和用径向铲磨法制造 ZI 蜗轮滚刀的可行性。提出了修整铲磨砂轮的新工艺。利用 CAD 和实验的方法,讨论了铲磨中最优参数的求解方法,以及铲磨齿侧面重磨前后的齿形精度和齿形变化规律。本文所提出的方法,工艺参数的求解容易,砂轮的修整极为简单,修整精度高,灵活性大。对头数1~4,模数1~14的 ZI 蜗轮滚刀,可以实行径向铲磨,并且能够保证重磨以后的齿形精度符合一定的要求。
In this paper, using the mathematical analysis and the theory of meshing, the paper analyzes the geometrical characteristics of ZI worm gear hobbing side and the feasibility of manufacturing ZI gear hob with radial shoveling method. Proposed a new technology for dressing shovel grinding wheel. Using CAD and experimental methods, the method of solving the optimal parameters of shovel grinding and the change of tooth profile and tooth profile before and after the side grinding of shovel grinding tooth are discussed. The method proposed in this paper, the process parameters easy to solve, grinding wheel dressing is extremely simple, high precision dressing, flexibility.
