上海的西部有方美丽的热土——天山中学,不仅有绿草如茵的大草坪,而且经常飘荡着悠扬动听的管弦乐声音。记者闻讯前往采访,在学校管理、学生德育、课育教学、艺术教育等领域寻觅,发现其中都贯穿着一根美育的红线。记者找到了牵握红线的人——张有德校长。他毕业于沪上著名高等学府复旦大学,担任中学教育行政干部已经30多年,精通教育管理。他胸有成竹、快人快语地说:我校是以美育作为办学特色的。一根红线贯穿,各项工作环环衔接,丝丝入扣,有机联系,互相促进,整体提高。
