我是上海外高桥造船有限公司埋弧焊接三班班组长李勇。我们班组主要从事船体搭载甲板、双层底二氧化碳埋弧焊的焊接工作。现有员工13人,其中高级技师1人、高级工9人、中级工3人,平均年龄33岁。班组获得了“全国优秀质量管理小组”“工人先锋号”“安康杯优秀班组”“质量信得过班组”“质量示范班组”“公司精细化派工推进先进班组”等荣誉。我本人也获得了“上海市劳动模范”“全国技术能手”等荣誉称号,并享有国务院特殊津贴,入选了上海市首席技师计划项目
