伴随中国改革开放的实施,我国的社会主义市场经济体制也在不断优化、深入,也正是因为经济的持续发展,当前地方财政工作提出更多更高的要求。为了适应市场经济体制及分税制度的改革,我国地方财政工作也有了新的发展目标,只有进一步提升工作执行效力,意识到其重要性,才能更好的将效益财政的建设放在第一位置上。
With the implementation of China’s reform and opening up, China’s socialist market economic system is constantly being optimized and deepened. It is precisely because of the sustained economic development that more and more demands are being placed on local financial work. In order to adapt to the reform of the market economy system and the tax-sharing system, the local financial work in our country also has a new development goal. Only by further enhancing the effectiveness of work execution and realizing its importance can the construction of effective finance be better placed in the first place .
