语文老师是小学生母语的重要启蒙者。要帮助小学生提高其写作水平,就必须结合小学生的身心发展和成长规律、认知特点、情感以及非智力因素、知识结构、兴趣爱好等方面的具体特点为依据,做到以生为本,因材施教,切实避免“一刀切”的教学思想和方法运用于具有极强可塑性的小学生以及写作中。作为小学教师,要有足够耐心、细心和爱心的去观察发现每一个孩子,进而鼓励和指导他们的写作表达,使其在快乐和肯定中得到兴趣的激发,写作能力的培养和提高。
