本文研究了国内5家药厂生产的5种诺氟沙星胶囊的溶出度并利用威布尔处理求得溶出参数,结果表明溶出参数t_d之间具有显著性差异.同时采用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星胶囊在健康人体内的尿药浓度,其相对生物利用度为70.64%.
In this paper, the dissolution of five norfloxacin capsules produced by five domestic pharmaceutical companies was studied and the dissolution parameters were obtained by the Weibull method. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the dissolution parameters t_d.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry The relative bioavailability of norfloxacin capsules in healthy human urine was 70.64%.
