患者 ,4 6岁。因下腹疼痛 4天于 2 0 0 1年 9月 14日急诊入院。下腹疼痛为持续性疼痛 ,阵发性加剧 ,以左侧为甚 ,不伴恶心、呕吐。以往月经规则、无痛经 ,L mp:2 0 0 1年 9月 9日。 18岁结婚 ,G2 P2 ,末次 (孕 )产 :2 0年前 ;未采取避孕措施。入院查 :生命体征正常 ,心肺 (- )
Patient, 4 6 years old. 4 days due to abdominal pain in September 10, 2001 emergency admission. Abdominal pain is persistent pain, paroxysmal increase, to the left is even, not with nausea and vomiting.
