从高技术产业技术创新系统出发,探讨技术创新系统协同度与高技术产业技术创新效率问题。本文使用超效率DEA模型方法,并在考虑技术创新系统协同度的基础上,对高技术企业技术创新效率的研究做出改进,研究表明,高技术产业技术创新系统协同度与技术创新效率都处于稳定增长状态,技术研发子系统有序度发展速度,制约了高技术产业技术创新系统协同度的快速增长;同时,技术研发效率的不足也是早期高技术产业技术创新效率较低的主要成因;高技术产业技术创新系统是一个开放式复杂系统,其协同度越高,则创新效率就越高。
Based on the high-tech industry technology innovation system, the paper discusses the synergies of technology innovation system and the efficiency of high-tech industry technology innovation. This paper uses the super-efficient DEA model method, and based on the consideration of the synergy degree of technological innovation system, this paper improves the research on the efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises. The research shows that both the synergy of technological innovation system and the efficiency of technological innovation are in the The steady growth and the orderly development of R & D subsystems have restricted the rapid growth of synergies between high-tech industry and technological innovation systems. Meanwhile, the lack of efficiency in R & D is also the main reason for the low efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech industries. Technology Industry Technology Innovation System is an open complex system, the higher the degree of synergy, the higher the efficiency of innovation.
