今年7月底,越南国家社会科学与人文中心的 中国研究中心访华团访问了本刊编辑部。来访的客 人中多数是我们的老朋友了。感情已觉融洽,交流 甚是坦率。 最近,越南与美国实现了关系正常化,并且加入 了东盟。这一系列重大国际关系的进展,给越南的 社会经济发展注入了强大的推动力,呈现一种跃跃 欲试、开始冲刺的景象。这次越南中国研究中心访 华是考察中国经济改革情况,特别是中国农村改革、 中国的农村工业化进程和小城镇建设。
At the end of July this year, a delegation from the China Research Center of the National Social Science and Humanities Center of Vietnam visited our editorial department. Most of our guests are our old friends. Feelings have been harmonious, the exchange is very frank. Recently, Vietnam and the United States normalized their relations and joined ASEAN. The progress made in this series of major international relations has infused a powerful impetus to Vietnam’s social and economic development and presented a scene of eagerness to start the sprint. This visit to China by the Vietnam Research Center of China examines the situation of China’s economic reform, especially the rural reform in China, the process of rural industrialization in China and the construction of small towns.
