过程控制的任务,就是当被调参数受到外界的干扰作用,而失去原有的稳定状态后,通过调节系统的作用,使被调参数重新稳定下来(可以为原值或新稳定值)的过程。所以自控本身的问题是处理过程动态规律的问题。因此研究对象的动态特性,是完善和进一步提高控制质量的必需。关于这一点,应该是完全可以理解的。许多行之有效的自控方案,乍看起来似乎并未了解它的动态特性,那只是因为由于干扰的频率和幅值都比较小,或者是由于从实践中积累了丰富的经验等原因,反正通过调节器的参数的整定,使系统可以投运,从而忽略了人们对动态特性的注意。
