英国是世界上继续教育发展较快的大国之一,由于其成绩显著被誉为“世界继续教育”之乡。英国在继续教育上取得的成绩无疑与政府及相关部门颁布的一系列政策法规有关,而其中职业技能在英国继续教育发展中逐步显示出重要的地位。通过对20世纪90年代至今英国继续教育职业技能政策的梳理,从其演变背景发展、政策内容变化、政策特点分析几个方面进行阐释,以期对完善我国继续教育职业技能发展亦具有借鉴作用。
The United Kingdom is one of the largest countries in the world in which continuing education develops rapidly. As a result of its achievements, Britain has been praised as a hometown of world continuing education. Britain’s achievements in continuing education are undoubtedly related to a series of policies and regulations promulgated by the government and relevant departments. Among them, occupational skills gradually show an important position in the development of UK’s continuing education. Through the combing of vocational education policy of continuing education in Britain from the 1990s to the present, this article explains the development of its background, the change of policy content and the analysis of policy features in order to improve the development of vocational education in continuing education in our country.
