目的:探讨危重症心肾综合征患者采用连续性血液净化治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月期间我院收治的危重症心肾综合征患者60例进行研究,按照治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为观察组以及对照组,每组30例,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以连续性血液净化治疗,实验结束后,对两组患者临床指标改善情况进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者左心室射血功能、心输出量以及尿量明显高于对照组,心率以及血肌酐明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:危重症心肾综合征患者采用连续性血液净化治疗的疗效显著,安全性较高,可有效改善患者的心功能指标,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in critically ill patients with cardio-renal syndrome. Methods: From March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital admitted 60 cases of critically ill patients with heart and kidney syndrome were studied, according to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, The control group was treated routinely, and the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification. After the experiment was finished, the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Left ventricular ejection function, cardiac output and urine output in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Heart rate and serum creatinine were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of critically ill patients with cardiorenal syndrome with continuous blood purification has obvious curative effect and high safety, which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
