本文研究了三向增强碳/碳材料沿Y(X)向和Z向Ⅰ型加载的裂纹试样的断裂特征。结果表明,上述条件下的断裂基本属于线弹性断裂,其断裂力学参数K_c可以做为断裂的判据。裂纹扩展的阻力主要来自垂直裂纹扩展平面的纤维束,另外两个方向的纤维束和基体对裂纹扩展阻力可以忽略不计,因此可以简化为单向增强的复合材料断裂问题来处理,其K_c值主要裂纹扩展平面单位载面内所包含的总的纤维数所决定。
In this paper, the fracture characteristics of cracked specimens loaded with type Ⅰ in Y (X) and Z direction of three-direction enhanced carbon / carbon materials were studied. The results show that the fracture under the above conditions basically belongs to the linear elastic fracture, and the fracture mechanics parameter K_c can be used as the criterion of fracture. The resistance to crack propagation mainly comes from the fiber bundles in the plane of vertical crack propagation. The fiber bundles and matrix in the other two directions have negligible crack propagation resistance and can therefore be simplified to unidirectional reinforced composite materials. The Kc value is mainly The total number of fibers contained within the crack propagation plane unit plane is determined.
