In China today, with huge organ needs and potential donations, organ transplant technology has gained widespread adoption. However, in the face of strong transplant demand and relatively adequate service capabilities, a state-sponsored organ donation and transplantation pilot ended in a gloomy outcome of less than 700 cases in three years. By combing the human organ donation system still on paper and visiting the organ donation model being implemented in some places, we can see that the organ acquisition and distribution segment are their own ways.
