班级是学校教育教学的主阵地,班主任是班集体活动的组织者和管理者。既担任着导演的角色又充当着父母的角色,同时,班主任更是贯穿学校执行素质教育、促进学生健康发展的骨干力量,在初中教育教学各门学科实施的过程中,班主任还要与各科任课教师做好协调工作。可以说,班主任是学校与学生、家长之间的一个沟通桥梁,是学生与各科任课教师之间的纽带。在从事班主任工作中,我深有体会:班主任工作比较复杂,尤其是对初中学生来说,做好班主任工作对于促进他们的健康、茁壮成长至关重要。下面,我就结合自己的实际工作经验,谈一下我个人的班主任工作体会。仅供参考。
