目的:对超声波辅助提取山核桃蒲黄酮工艺进行优化。方法:以山核桃蒲为原料,60%乙醇为提取剂,超声波功率250 W的条件下,采用二次通用旋转组合设计试验。在单因素基础上,选定料液比、提取温度和提取时间为试验因素,以黄酮得率、纯度为目标建立回归数学模型,通过试验结果进行方差分析及对数学模型进行优化得到黄酮的优化提取条件。结果:料液比1∶12、温度72℃、提取时间52 min为超声波辅助提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件,此条件下黄酮得率2.19%,纯度可达到16.62%。结论:该数学模型对超声波辅助提取山核桃蒲黄酮是可行的。
Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology for extraction of Methods: The experiment was carried out by using the universal gyration design with Hickory Plum as raw material, 60% ethanol as extractant and ultrasonic power of 250 W. On the basis of single factor, the ratio of solid to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time were selected as the experimental factors. The mathematical model of regression was set up based on the yield and purity of flavonoids. The variance analysis and the optimization of the mathematical model were used to optimize the flavone Extraction conditions. Results: The optimum extraction conditions for flavonoids extraction were ultrasonic extraction with 1:12, 72 ℃ and 52 min extraction. Under these conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 2.19% and the purity was 16.62%. CONCLUSION: This mathematical model is feasible for the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Phellodendron flavonoids.
