报告糖尿病视网膜病变并发症手术治疗７０例７５眼。其是糖尿病Ⅰ型８例，Ⅱ型６２例。７０例１４０眼中，增殖期Ⅴ、Ⅵ期９７眼占６９．３％；玻璃体混浊或／和出血９５眼占６７．９％；牵拉性视网膜脱离２７眼占１９．３％。视力≤０．０５者１１０眼占７８．６％。共行手术８５次．基本术式为玻璃体切除加巩膜环扎术，有的病例合并巩膜外加压、球内注气、二极管激光眼内光凝等。７５眼中术后视力改善者占５３．８％。对手术方法、白内障问题、超声波及视网膜电流图检查的评估以及手术并发症进行了讨论。
Report 70 cases of diabetic retinopathy complications surgical treatment of 75 eyes. It is type Ⅰ diabetes in 8 cases, type Ⅱ 62 cases. Among 140 eyes of 70 cases, 95 eyes of vitreous opacity and / or hemorrhage accounted for 67.9% in 97 eyes of stage Ⅴ and Ⅵ, and 27 eyes of traction retinal detachment accounted for 19.3%. Visual acuity ≤0.05 were 110 eyes accounted for 78.6%. A total of 85 operations. The basic technique is vitrectomy plus scleral cerclage surgery, and some cases combined with scleral pressure, intragastric injection, diode laser photocoagulation and so on. 75 eyes of postoperative visual acuity accounted for 53.8%. Surgical methods, cataract problems, assessment of ultrasound and retinal current pattern examinations, and surgical complications are discussed.
