在中国城乡发展不平衡的今天,广大乡村地区的社会保障还是依靠家庭这一社会基础单位来提供。由于以家庭为单位的社会保障制度的非制度化、非正式性,从而,家庭社会保障内容和保障水平也难以上升到优质的社会保障层面。
In the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas in China today, social security in the vast rural areas still relies on the family as the basic unit of society to provide. Due to the non-institutionalization and informality of the social security system based on the family, it is difficult for the content and level of protection of the family social security to rise to a high-quality social security level.
