手术室是救治各类疾病的重要场所,通过手术治疗对患者身体机能恢复形成了良好的保护作用。随着临床护理意识不断转变,一些新护理死亡在手术室工作中得到普及推广。“人性化”护理是现代临床护理学倡导的原则,旨在引导护士积极参与手术室护理工作,坚持以治疗服务为准,以患者护理为本的服务原则。结合人性化护理内涵,本文对手术室护理工作改革提出可行性策略,确保手术室护理质量的最优化发展。
The operating room is an important site for the treatment of various diseases, and has formed a good protective effect on patients’ body functions through surgical treatment. As the awareness of clinical nursing continues to shift, some new-care deaths have gained popularity in the operating room. “Humanized ” Nursing is advocated by modern clinical nursing principles, to guide nurses to actively participate in the operating room nursing, adhere to the treatment services, patient care-based service principles. Combining with the connotation of humanized nursing, this paper puts forward feasible strategies for operating room nursing reform to ensure the optimal development of operating room nursing quality.
