目的:评价抗菌药物注射剂不良事件影响因素。方法:应用层次分析法构建分析模型,并逐级对影响抗菌药物注射剂不良事件的各因素进行排序和评价。结果:引发不良事件影响因素按权重大小排序依次为用药指导、联合用药、给药剂量、给药速度、给药间隔、适应证、给药途径、患者年龄、是否询问过敏史、并发症用药、是否有过敏史、医生学历、医生职称和患者性别。结论:临床应用抗菌药物注射剂应关注权重大的主要影响因素。
Objective: To evaluate the influencing factors of adverse events of antibiotic injection. Methods: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to construct the analytical model, and the factors influencing the adverse events of antimicrobial injection were ranked and evaluated step by step. Results: The influencing factors of adverse events were orderly medication instruction, combination medication, administration dose, administration speed, dosing interval, indications, route of administration, patient's age, allergy history, complications medication, Whether there is a history of allergies, doctor education, doctor's job title and patient's gender. Conclusion: The clinical application of antibiotic injection should pay attention to the major influencing factors.
