辽宁省知识产权学术研讨会于1997年8月26日在沈阳东北大学召开。此次会议主题:1.传达中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅对社会团体进行清理整顿的精神;2.宣讲了关于知识产权领域的学术论文并进行学术研讨;3.改选辽宁省知识产权研究会第二届理事会理事。
Liaoning Province Intellectual Property Symposium was held on August 26, 1997 in Shenyang Northeastern University. The theme of the conference: 1. To convey the spirit of the CPC Central Committee General Office and the General Office of the State Council in cleaning up and reorganizing social organizations; 2. To preach the academic papers on academic topics in the field of intellectual property; 3. To re-elect the Liaoning Provincial Institute of Intellectual Property The second council members.
