科学技术的快速发展,把人类带入了互联网时代,互联网已成为当前人们生活中不可或缺的一部分。互联网带给人们的不仅是信息的快速传递,同时也成为人们交易的平台。随着电子商务的快速发展,目前以互联网为平台的电子商务和电子政务已越来越受到大家的普遍关注。现在网上商务及政务活动的核心主要由三个部分组成,电子交易平台、支付系统及物流配送系统三个核心板块组成。其中作为交易成功的凭证的支付系统是互联网交易体系中最为关键的一部分,现在的支付系统主要受信用体系及技术手段二方面影响较大。信用体系主要由国家相关的法律、法规所组成。目前的技术手段主要以数字证书认证体系为主,数字证书认证体系可以实现对交易各方和办公各方的身份认证、安全传输、数据统一等优点,越来越受到大家的认可。目前在我国的一些行业和地方已越来越多的建立起认证中心,专门用来作为数字证书的签发、认证和管理机构。数字证书认证称为CA认证,在电子商务快速发展的今天,CA认证为为网络交易和办公提供了安全的保障,为网络经济的快速发展奠定了坚实的基础。
With the rapid development of science and technology and bringing mankind into the Internet era, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people’s lives. The Internet brings people not only the rapid transfer of information, but also as a platform for people to trade. With the rapid development of e-commerce, the current e-commerce and e-government based on the internet have drawn more and more attention from everyone. Now the core of online business and government activities mainly consists of three parts, electronic trading platform, payment system and logistics distribution system composed of three core sections. Among them, the payment system as a successful transaction voucher is the most crucial part of the internet transaction system. The present payment system is mainly affected by the credit system and technical means. The credit system is mainly composed of the relevant state laws and regulations. The current technical means mainly digital certificate authentication system, digital certificate authentication system can achieve all parties and the parties involved in transaction identity authentication, secure transmission, data unification and so on, more and more people are recognized. At present, more and more certification centers have been set up in some industries and places in our country and are devoted to the issuance, certification and management of digital certificates. Digital certificate authentication is called CA certification. With the rapid development of e-commerce, CA certification provides a safe guarantee for network transaction and office, laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of network economy.
