目的:探讨晶体后囊膜部分或全部不完整情况下的人工晶体植入的方法。方法:选用襻的中央各有一个孔的人工 晶体,用聚丙烯缝线将其两襻固定在睫状沟处。结果:15例(15眼)病例中,12例视力为0.6以上,3例矫正视力在0.2-0.4。所有人工晶体位置均正常。主要并发症是术后初期虹膜、睫状体出血,但均能自行吸收。结论:两点式人工晶体固定术可以用于严重的眼球外伤后或手术中晶状体后囊膜完全或大部分缺如的病例,术后可提高视力,避免配戴矫正眼镜的不适,和前房型人工晶体植入后严重的炎症反应,从而解决这些病例无法植入后房型人工晶体或植入困难的问题。同时,该手术优点是缝针次数少,眼内出血发生率少,减轻了眼内组织反应,并发症明显比四点式固定术少。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the method of intraocular lens implantation in partial or complete lens capsule. Methods: I chose the center of a hole in the artificial lens, with polypropylene sutures to the two ciliary fixed in the ciliary sulcus. Results: Among the 15 cases (15 eyes), 12 eyes had a visual acuity of 0.6 or more and 3 eyes had a corrected visual acuity of 0.2-0.4. All artificial lens position are normal. The main complication is the early postoperative iris, ciliary body hemorrhage, but both self-absorption. CONCLUSIONS: Two-point IOL fixation can be used in cases of severe or incomplete posterior capsular sac after surgery for ocular trauma. Postoperative visual acuity can be improved to avoid discomfort with orthodontic lenses and anterior chamber type Intraocular lens implantation after a serious inflammatory response, thus addressing these cases can not be implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens or implantation problems. At the same time, the advantages of this operation are fewer needles, less incidence of intraocular hemorrhage, reduced intraocular tissue reaction, and complications significantly less than the four-point fixation.
