作商务酒店用的亚洲国际大酒店楼高43层,位于广州市环市中路,地处市中心商业黄金地段,位置优越。酒店业主前一阶段曾聘请设计单位做室内设计,施工到中途时,酒店管理公司对酒店定位及装修风格作了调整,酒店大堂的室内设计也随之而变动。我们作为重新设计的人员接手此工程改造设计时,原酒店大堂的墙身已贴石,天花、照明工程已完成,地面已铺好。面对如此的状况,我们通过现场的多方勘察,与管理公司沟通后,一致认为,原大堂设计的不足之处有以下几点:
The 43-storey Asian International Hotel, a business hotel, is conveniently located in Central Business District, Central Huanshi Road, Guangzhou. In the previous stage, the hotel owner hired a design agency to do the interior design. When the construction was halfway, the hotel management company adjusted the hotel positioning and decoration style, and the interior design of the hotel lobby also changed. As a redesigned staff to take over this engineering design, the wall of the original hotel lobby has been plastered stone, ceiling, lighting project has been completed, the ground has been paved. Faced with such a situation, we conducted a multi-site survey, with the management company to communicate, agreed that the original design of the inadequacies of the following points:
