随着人类对蔬果品质要求的提高和世界性贸易的发展,蔬果收获贮藏运输期的生理理论与保鲜技术的研究,已成全世界瞩目的课题,近代以来获得较大进展。台湾科技界发表的部分综述与专题,内容较为新颖,可供参考借鉴,故本刊将陆续发表其文摘。
With the improvement of human requirements for the quality of fruits and vegetables and the development of world trade, the research on the physiological theory and preservation technology during the storage, transportation and transportation of fruits and vegetables has become a subject of worldwide attention and great progress has been made in modern times. Taiwan’s scientific and technological community published some of the reviews and topics, the content is more novel, for reference, so we will publish one after another its abstract.
