札马鲁丁是十三世纪四五十年代来华的回回,曾在元代忽必烈朝担任官职,他将西域的七件天文仪象介绍到中国,并发起编纂了《元一统志》,为我国科学文化的发展作出了巨大贡献。
Samaudin returned to China in the 1940s and ’50s and took the office of Kublai Khanate in the Yuan Dynasty. He introduced the seven astronomical phenomena of the Western Regions to China and initiated the compilation of the " China’s scientific and cultural development has made great contributions.
