First, the theory of biological evolution, as a movement that attempts to explain how things are formed, gives a scientific approach that focuses on mobility and movement. It shows that things are evolved out of our proximity, and society is a complex biological reality. In this sense, the measure of time is in the area of action, objective. At the same time, the character of the mind is the intelligence of the reflection of the human animal, which conceptually portrays what the future that determines our present behavior will be, and hence the operation of the time scale is in behavior rather than thought. Next, the operation of time scales has made society a process characterized by transformation, and social transformation and self or individual transformation are two aspects of the evolution of human society. This process points to a human society in which all human beings have perfected social intelligence. Finally, society is considered on the time scale as the present. We are always living in a present, now a time-flow composed of some processes. The present social nature stems from its appearance, and Mead here refers to the process of reorientation that emerges.
