外经贸部部长石广生在日前举行的全国外经贸法律工作会议上指出,做好应对工作,当前最重要的是吃透用活世贸组织规则,认真学习和掌握规则。我们强调遵守规则和履行承诺,根本目的是为了促进改革开放,发展我们自己。我们承诺向别人开放市场,别人也承诺向我们开放市场,别人要求我们遵守规则,我们也同样应该要求别人遵守规则,开放对中国的产品和服务贸易
Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Shi Guangsheng pointed out at the National Foreign Trade and Economic Legal Work Conference held recently that the most important thing to do now is to eat through the rules of the living WTO and study and master the rules earnestly. We emphasize compliance with rules and fulfillment of commitments. The fundamental purpose is to promote reform and opening up and develop ourselves. We are committed to opening up markets to others, others are committed to opening up markets to us, others are asking us to abide by the rules, and we should also ask others to comply with the rules and open trade in goods and services to China
