目的 :优选逍遥散的提取工艺。方法 :以样品中芍药甙含量及镇痛、镇静药效学试验为指标 ,对逍遥散用水 ,不同浓度乙醇提取工艺进行筛选。结果 :随着乙醇浓度的升高含量及药效都呈上升趋势。结论 :95 %乙醇回流提取较好。
Objective : To optimize the extraction process of Xiaoyao Powder. Methods: The Xiaoyao Powder and ethanol extraction with different concentrations were screened for the content of anthraquinone in the sample and analgesic and sedative pharmacodynamics test as indicators. RESULTS: With the increase of ethanol concentration, the content and drug efficacy all showed an upward trend. Conclusion: 95% ethanol reflux extraction is better.
