编辑同志:我于2001年通过银行按揭贷款购房,贷款期限为15年,现在至少欠银行30余万元。2003年以来,由于银行利率上调,贷款利息加重,我便于今年4月向银行提出提前还款的要求。银行的回答是:提前还贷可以,但必须是同时偿还剩余10年的本金及利息。我听后心里很不舒服,觉得这种规定有点儿“霸王条款”的味道。不知道法律对提前还贷问题是怎么规定的?刘锐
