基于四角切向燃烧锅炉烟温偏差产生的原因和锅炉实际运行参数 ,提出了将三次风下移来降低大型锅炉燃烧过程中烟温偏差的方法 ,对汉川电厂 3 0 0 MW机组锅炉的热力计算结果说明 ,三次风下移后不会对燃烧稳定性及结渣性产生不良影响 .
Based on the reason of tangential combustion boiler flue gas temperature deviation and actual boiler operating parameters, a method was proposed to reduce the deviation of the flue gas temperature during the combustion of large boilers by reducing the tertiary air flow. The heat transfer of boilers in the 300 MW unit of Hanchuan Power Plant Calculation results show that after the third downwind will not adversely affect the combustion stability and slagging.
