目的:通过反相高效液相色谱法观察比较关木通配伍不同滋阴养血中药后马兜铃酸A的变化趋势,探讨各中药组配伍对马兜铃酸A的影响。方法:以DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(体积比74∶24∶1)为流动相,检测波长315nm。结果:与关木通组相比,各配伍组马兜铃酸A含量均有降低;其中配伍当归组,以3∶1比例配伍马兜铃酸A含量最低。结论:在方剂配伍理论指导下,通过合理配伍降低关木通的毒性是可行的。复方配伍减毒理论有一定的科学依据。
Objective: To compare the changes of aristolochic acid A after Guanyintong compatibility with different yin and nourishing herbs by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and to explore the effect of compatibility of each combination of traditional Chinese medicine on aristolochic acid A. Methods: A DiamonsilTM (diamond) C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (volume ratio 74∶24∶1) and the detection wavelength was 315nm. Results:Compared with Guan Mu Tong group, the content of aristolochic acid A in all comparability groups decreased. Among them, the compatibility of Angelica group with 3∶1 ratio was the lowest. Conclusion: Under the guidance of prescription compatibility theory, it is feasible to reduce the toxicity of Guan Mu Tong through reasonable compatibility. The compound attenuating theory of compound has certain scientific basis.
