针对装载机长期存在的液压系统内泄漏问题,提出动臂举升油路内泄漏故障的分析诊断方法。从液压系统原理图入手,详细分析系统油路走向,元件组成,工作原理和内漏的原因,介绍一种简单易行的诊断方法,为试验检测、故障判断和维修服务提供了确实可行的方法。同时提出减少内漏的改进方案,应用于先导操纵工作液压系统的改进,解决了该机型装载机产品动臂油路沉降量超标的问题。
Aiming at the problem of long-term internal leakage of hydraulic system in loader, the analysis and diagnosis method of the leakage in the boom lifting circuit is proposed. Beginning with the hydraulic system schematic diagram, a detailed analysis of the system oil path, component composition, working principle and the reasons for the internal leakage, introduced a simple and easy diagnostic method for testing, fault diagnosis and maintenance services provide a viable method . At the same time, an improved scheme of reducing internal leakage is put forward, which is applied to the improvement of the hydraulic system of the pilot control work, which solves the problem that the settlement amount of the boom oil in the model loader product exceeds the standard.
